Concrete slab pricing varies more by site conditions than by the concrete itself. Here are the real per-foot numbers for 2026.

Plain 4" slab — $6 to $10 per square foot

A standard patio or shed pad. 10x10 runs $600–$1,000 installed. Decorative finishes push that to $12–$18/sq ft.

Reinforced 6" slab — $9 to $14 per square foot

Required for driveways, garage floors, and anything bearing heavy loads. Rebar adds about $0.60/sq ft.

DIY material cost — $2 to $4 per square foot

Cuts the cost roughly in half — but you must finish wet concrete inside 90 minutes.
